Cheers mate easy just use a car park with no permit make sure you reverse it in so he can see  ;) and badabing badaboom.. Just like a cheap Paul Daniels magic trick it appears :D Just like that..

 

And it's still sat in the car now I won't pay it :D it's a private firm they just hope you pay up they can't do anything about it :D
