Help Oil?

Hey Guys
 

Not sure if this is in the right place but looking to change the oil in the scooby just wondering what you recommend.

 

It is a 2lt turbo 2001 bug eye doing around 300bhp.

 

No oil leaks and runs sweet as a nut at the moment just wonder what you recommend?

So what oil would you say?
