My 2004 Blobeye comes with a pretty boring leather gearknob... it does the trick but want something a little nicer looking!

Looked pretty universal, but unfortunately even the biggest size plastic adapter was too small, think I may need to file the plastic bit a little to make it fit.

 

Point of the thread, does anyone have any other recommendations that they know would fit? Not looking for anything fancy, just something with a nice feel and decent weight...

Not sure mate all the ones I've bought have fitted on with little effort :( 

I thought it would be little effort as well!! I'll look online specifically stating that they fit imprezas!!

Just to wrap this topic off, I went for the one you recommended and it is excellent! Looks the part, has a nice feel and weight... Cheers!

When i purchased my 03 impreza the gear knob was a shiny black metal ball type thing, felt nice but didn't look great.

 

decided to make a mario themed one for a laugh, it worked but looked a bit odd for the cars style.

 

then purchased a fake momo one from ebay, it looked a bit better but i didn't like the feel, made the gear stick seem too long.

 

painted my original one gloss red, no one but me seems to like it but it feels how i want it too :) so its staying.
