Which connection is which?

I'm just trying to see if my heater blower motor is buggered but I'm not sure which connection is which?

I'm only after the positive and negative so I can try and run it straight from a Battery.

Its something i've never even seen so havent a clue, Do you have a multimeter ? May be worth getting hold of one if not
