  1. @ 54mpg I'll be happy with my choice lol
  2. Haha I need a proper van that has amazaballs mpg. The Nissan NV200 is at the top of my list for now.
  3. Well Subaru need to start making vans lol
  4. Yeah it is all done but always have a back up plan lol
  5. I can't wait myself. If the deal falls through though...it will be money towards some debt and a van for my cycling shizzle. Either way I'll be happy :)
  6. Would a 04 Litchfield FSTI suffice ;)
  7. Hell yeah want to go and collect my new toy early November :)
  8. Sorry for the late reply. I'm away in Afghan at the moment so not always available. The car hasn't been sold but I am holding it for someone to look at first as they contacted me with an offer first seems only fair. I'm back in a couple of weeks so things will be a little more concrete then.
  9. I did make a promise to myself that if I get this than I have to pay off bills for a while.....unless I find a deal of course ;)
  10. Yep already have my FSTI waiting for me to collect mid-late next month :D
  11. So many Scoobies :P I'll have to wait until I get back before I can attend.
  12. Hopefully as soon as I get back, let him check it out if he's happy then done but fingers crossed. Means I can go pick up my new beast a little earlier :D
  13. Yeah in the forces. Got off shift today and had a nice little message in my in box on another forum :D
  14. Thanks guys, I hope it sells itself. I've pretty much got the STI just have to wait till I get back so i can put a deposit on it. The guy is holding it for me :) I've only got it up for sale on a couple of forums so far, will advertise a bit more closer to to my return date from afghan.
  15. Ok decided to sell my 2005 Forester XT and pursue an FSTI. I've owned my car for a year after trading in my Audi A3. I've spent time and money on her but due to what I want it's best to sell and just look for an FSTI, as I'd be spending around the same money to finish her and convert to a 6spd. As the car had 100K on the clock the first point of call for upgrades were, suspension, brakes, back box, air filter and re-map along with a service. Then came wheels, tinting, turbo, tmic, bov, tyres, up pipe and finally another re-map and service, I have all the receipts for the work. The car currently has 110,800 on the clock but due to the new suspension and brakes the car handles exceptionally well. It also has leather interior, sun and moon roof. Plus all the usual good stuff this model fozzy has. I'm the 3rd owner and have the full servicing history of the car. The car is fitted with the standard subaru immobiliser. There is carpet wear in the drivers foot well near the clutch pedal and the usual stone chips etc. I would like to get on a proper dyno but don't know if I'll get a chance to, she is claimed in the 280-300BHP region (I know it's a broad BHP range was to finish exhaust before a rolling road session). I do have the outputs from the first mapping before turbo, sti tmic and up pipe work was done. I'm not asking for a ridiculous price and given that the mods I've done are practically new you wouldn't be having to do much for a while unless you wanted to do so. MOT was completed last week so you'll have 12 months and 6 months Tax has been paid for at £154. For 12 months it's now £280 a slight increase from last year. I will probably take the audio out of the car but if you would like it in then the price would be higher.
