    Transmission Fluid 2nd Gen Import

    Hoping one of you good folk can help. I have a 2006 2.0 automatic Cross Sport import. Immediately following a change of transmission fluid and filter by a specialist mechanic, I've had some issues with delayed gear changing. Speaking with my local garage, they suspect that the fluid may have been incorrect for the vehicle. Unfortunately I don't have the type or spec of ATF used on the receipt so I don't know what actually went into the car except that it was supposed to have been the Subaru recommended type. The only ATF I can find online as recommended is the Castrol Subaru 75w80 - is this definitely the correct ATF for my car? Some online forums mention Devron III, but that doesn't seem to be available?

    Lowering 2018 Forester

    I just upgraded from my trusty 2005 Forester XT to a 2018 XT. I've seen a few items on you tube about lowering this model but all American. Has anyone any advise on doing this or can recommend someone in the Norfolk area please?
