  1. Oh it never ends mate when you start I'm still thinking of !Removed! to do with mine like putting USB ports in parts of the car so I don't have to lean in the boot to use the USB stick and sat nav bluetooth for my phone :D I think it's a stage I have got to when I can't take my car anymore in power so looked else where to mod :D I agree but then it becomes just another Qashqai advert of look how much fun you can have by driving like a bellend through the built up city streets :D

  8. Not sure I think it's because you are showing more than one video. And If I thought I stood a chance I'd move over tomorrow nearly ended up going once with an Aussie girl who I met that was working here. :(
  9. Hopefully Litchfield will carry on but I agree shame Prodrive haven't said about anything with it.
  10. Does say it's US spec not sure if that means it is the Americans or a joint operation. But I'm sure I will enjoy it all the same :)
  11. We're going back to the Isle of Man to try and beat our own record!! Subaru will this month mount a fresh assault on the four-wheeled lap record on the world-famous Isle of Man TT course, using the new 2015 WRX STI performance saloon that will be driven by British rally champion Mark Higgins. The current record stands at 19 minutes and 56.7 seconds, set in 2011 by Higgins at the wheel of the previous-generation Subaru WRX STI. Higgins achieved an average speed of 115.36mph around the famous TT Mountain circuit in a production-spec version of the iconic model. As with the previous record-breaking run, the new WRX STI is a standard Subaru production car (US specification), equipped with a 300ps 2.5-litre horizontally-opposed turbocharged Boxer engine, unmodified brake callipers and road-legal tyres. The springs and dampers have been adjusted slightly to minimise any potential damage when the car encounters the many bumps – and jumps – at high speed along the course. The WRX STI is also equipped with requisite safety features, including a roll-cage, race harness and fire suppression system. Subaru will complete three timed runs under closed road conditions on Saturday 31 May, Monday 2 June and Wednesday 4 June. In his previous record attempt on the course, Higgins created one of the most memorable race videos when he had a self-described ‘moment’ at the bottom of Bray Hill at 150mph –clips of the attempt have received almost 10 million views online since 2011. Higgins commented: “Setting the record was totally exhilarating and one of the highlights of my career – Bray Hill certainly added to the thrill! As a Manxman, I love the TT Races and I have a huge amount of respect for the TT riders and what they do. It will be a real honour to attempt a new fastest car lap.” Subaru of America, Inc. will return as a partner with the Isle of Man again this year, renewing its sponsorship of the event. The all-new Subaru WRX STI goes on sale in the UK this month. To find out more about the new model, and Subaru’s range of All-Wheel Drive models, visit http://www.subaru.co.uk/
  12. Well I've had a look I can't see any difference at all other than the door cards being different if thats what he means. All the bolts and hinges are in the exact same place . :) So I would still think they would fit fine.
  13. Hi welcome to S.O.C Hope this doesn't sound like I'm picking your post to bits I don't mean it too but we class the Hatch as the 2008 all others are Salons just wanted to point that out to save any confusion. And the estate looking Imprezas are referred to as wagons. Anyway back to the original question there shouldn't be any difference with the doors the as they are the same car really. When I get back I will double check for you as I have a bugeye and a blobeye in the garage I will check he hinges and have a quick measure up to double check but should fit the same.
  14. Thanks for letting us know mate appreciate it. Saves people coming on and asking if it's still forsale in a few months time :) I actually feel a little sad that it has been sold :( hopefully the new owner might greet us with some new pictures ;)

  21. Oh right did you need more info or do you know what you're doing now ? :)
  22. Best way to be sure mate get it in and on some ramps least get under it and the wheels off the ground. But I would say with some turn on the wheel and launching it will always break something sooner than later. Unless you do some upgrades to deal with that :)
  23. I see a few around York too but thought I would see if any of the Hull people came here :)
  24. I agree I think Martin will get the pleasure of doing mine next time Haha
