  1. A couple of goodies arrived in the post today: Meguairs gold class rich leather cleaner and conditioner Pair of Osram Nighbreaker Unlimited Headlight Bulbs £20 all in......bargain! :D
  2. Can't comment on sealants, but the 'pro' is reckoned to be tougher and last longer, although more effort is required to apply and buff it off. You wouldn't be disappointed with either - and it smells of liquorice blackcurrant sweets mmmmm
  3. For blues, you want either purple haze (softer wax) or purple haze pro (slightly harder wax)
  4. Dodo juice for wax for me
  5. You'd better be calling in on the way past :D
  6. Mmmmmmm [emoji106][emoji41]
  7. Saw an sti at NBO....mouth watering, eh Stanton?! [emoji41]
  8. V5 arrived today :) Within 5 minutes it was back in an envelope and on its way to Swansea to get my private reg on :D :D
  9. Honestly mate, if I had a spare £2k I'd be buying it, declaring it SORN, and storing it in my garage for parts or future use :D It'd pay for itself easily over time
  10. You probably took the same route out as we did [emoji106]
  11. Hehe they don't know what they are missing! We had to ask at the Subaru car stand where the drinks etc were too....terrible job of hiding it as best they could. Glad you felt it was worth the trip too though - any fun and games with people getting bogged down, or did the field hold up?
  12. How'd it go for you then fella? Bet you had loads of folk wanting to look at your WRX
  13. Glad to hear the Falken's are serving you well - it's the tyre that tops my list currently for my new Outback, once I'm ready for some in 18 months time. Can get a set of 4 that are well rated for both fuel econ and wet grip for under £350 fitted......17's
  14. What year is it mate....regardless, you have what is commonly know as a wagon
  15. 55 miles mate over the tops...such a great drive; took about 90 minutes
  16. Definitely worth the trip, loads and loads there. Big local foods section and lots of outdoor type shops and stalls. Lots of dog showing and horse and trap events. Just close your ears to the hooray Henry set and you'll be fine. Parking was well organised and safe, to be fair mate
  17. Mpg

I reckon I get about 90 miles for my £20.....3 litre flat 6 petrol auto
  18. I thought you weren't going mate. We had a good 3 hours there earlier today. Very busy and the queuing for tickets to get in was chaotic at best. They have 1 window set aside for subaru tickets, yet only 1 queue [emoji54] Once you've got tkts and wristbands, the subaru tent thing is at the far end just behind the Isuzu cars and stand...free hot drinks and pastries with the wristbands. The subaru cars are not far from there.... The other end of the ridge above one of the show grounds. Got xv's, foresters and an outback there. Enjoyed it a lot, especially for free [emoji41] Be interesting if it rains though, like you say, with parking on a sloping field. Not muddy today, but you could tell it had rained yesterday. Saw a few other scoobs parked....shark eye hatch and another outback come to mind
  19. Yeah, it doesn't look great for Sunday. Think our plan is to go early, as SWMBO needs to be back in Durham for 3.30pm for her social do
  20. I think your last point sums it up well - just make sure you get an invoice which details everything they do, item by item. You may well need that info for future
  21. Yeah, sounds suspiciously like your DPF may be clogged mate - what they are effectively asking you to do is a 'forced regeneration' - it needs high engine revs for that length of time to generate the heat required. Get back there and tell them you want the DPF filter changed under warranty
