Ignore the dash cam at the bottom, it's the top camera that I am curious about.🤔

I have a Levorg (2016), owned for two years now. I noticed a camera facing frontwards from the centre mirror and wondered if this is built in tech that is not activated on my car? I don't have any lane assist type buttons that are obvious so the camera appears to be there and not able to be used?
