does having a high mileage on an impreza mean a rebuild on the engine or is it save for another few thousend miles im am looking for a non turbo as insurance is too high for a turbo also when is it best to service them and is it expensive? if you can help me out with this and more ill be grateful

first time i drove the insurance was £3500 for a 1l down to £880 for a 1.4 fiesta
