Yes you wont have completed this full year so yes you will lose this years ncb but not all of your ncb.

Just out of interest who are you insured with?Ive never heard of this situation before...I think there trying it on.Legally if you've had insurance for a year you are entitled to 1yrs NCB,whether you car is worth £50 or £50000.I think the rule is (as of now),if you don't insure another vehicle within 2 yrs then I think you lose your NCB...But not 100% sure for definite....Just had a google about this and most insurers its 2yrs some budget insurers 12months.

Ive just come to the conclusion that my lights are ****....What bulbs do you recommend?There h4's.Dont want to go mad on price but something brighter than whats in there already..White not blueish preferred.Cheers stu

Its from the coloni scuderia f1 car,it didn't actually race as it only produced around 500bhp which wasn't competitive enough at the time(Wikipedia).

Same here..Just went past my local asda today and normal unleaded is 114.7 ..Keep on coming down..hopefully v power as well at my shell garage

At last, a good decision.Lets hope that McLaren have designed a better car for next year as I think Honda will supply the power without a doubt.. :) :)

Tell me about it! Im only going to wire the oil press/temp up just so they light up for the moment.Might get someone else to do the other stuff another time.

Sorted :) Went through all fuses in engine-ok,then inside fuses-it was a 10amp(illumin),must have been hairline crack.Replaced and then started on the last gauge which I was working on when all this started,and it blew again! The bulb holder had a dodgy wire on it.The wire which has a base on it where the bulb sits on.Cant be arsed to send it back so do you know if maplins will stock a little holder or just the wire with a tiny base on it??Cheers for the help guys :)

Theres power going to the white connector which plugs into the back of the cig lighter.Ive got a multimeter and have been using it,i haven't took all the scotch clips off the cables ive been using-not yet anyway.Checked the fuses visually inside the car,and in the engine bay,but my neightbour says just because you cant see a break,doesnt mean that's its ok???God p***ed off

Parking light is off,fogs only work with main lights on-but they don't work switches don't even light up...And number plate lights are out as well..Cant figure it out as fuses are fine..New battery just fitted.£60 lighter!

Major problems Was connecting the other gauges up(ground/live) ,lost power to cigarette lighter,(doesn't light up)bulbs fine.Lost rear and front fog lamps as well,the little light on the switches doesn't even light up.Checked fuses inside car all seem fine and replaced the ciggy one with a new one and still the same.And battery is on its way out,....so off to get another one! Any help on the fog lights would be great..Dont hear the relay click when I push the fog light switch.Checked fuses under bonnet as well.What the F**k have I done???
