It was full to about a inch from top of bottle when i look this morning and maybe a inch in bottom of header tank,will see what its like again in morning as will be dark when i finish work.i noticed when i got out car last night it had that smell like their was no collant in it but temp gauge was normal. Hi guys.on my 2007 wrx hatch my header tank is allways empty when i look in it,the tank on front of the radiator is allways full to the top,is that a overflow tank and does coolant reculate that goes into their?the car has no heating problems,just like to no why its like this and have to keep topping header tank up and emptying that bottle on front of radiator. I had a bugeye wagon and just upgrade to a 2007 wrx hatchback and my insurance was £40 a year cheaper for the hatchback,told me it becouse hatch has better locks n security. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk

i had a blobeye 2l sport and when i look't into it,everywere basically said no point with remapin for what gains can be made,everywere said same,you can spend thousands and get 20 to 30 bhp at best.i had a full cobra exhaust with sport cat fitted and to get rid off cel i bought this http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=438&products_id=2155 .

ok guys n girls av decided to do a build thread for my hatch.its not going to be a fire breathing monster ;) just more so i can put everything in the same thread i do to the car. So my car is a 2007 impreza wrx, 80,000 miles, full service history. mods on the car when i bought it EBC grooved n dimpled rear disks and EBC pads all round and a remap,dont no bhp as no graph just bill for it. couple pictures of car dont really have a plan for car yet so will just see how things turn out.First thing i wanted to do was make it more scooby like as standed just looks like a plain old hatchback,so first mod i got myself a sti rear spoiler,genuine subaru item not a fiberglass replica,so was out with the spray gun again, So thats it so far till next time,Hmm what to do next :P

i have the same head unit in my 2007 impreza hatch and my steering controls dont work as well.the unit was allready installed when i got the car,but i can have a look in morning and put a picture up of whats plugged in min see if its same as yours.

just been looking at bov for my hatch and read not to do it,but i want mine to swoosh 2 ;) its 2 quiet at min and make me think am not driving a subaru anymore.Now i have read this i am going to go for it.1 more thing added to the shopping list :D

cool didnt no that,was always told blue none sili,pink sili.i allways get that from halfords so am ok,but if i get a new brand i'll read lable instead off looking at the side for what coulour is in the bottle lol ;)

no prob mate,easy to check just look in the expansion bottle or even your header tank if its cold,if the coolant is blue then its right,if its a pink colour then its the silicate stuff which rots your engine.

i use this in mine http://www.halfords.com/motoring-travel/engine-oils-fluids/antifreeze/halfords-oat-ready-mixed-antifreeze-2-litres then if you do need to top up with a bit of water its ok.As stants said dont use antifreeze with silicates in it,bad for your engine.

My bugeye wagon had a catback toyo sport exhaust on it.it was not 2 loud just right and with a nice rumble,my naighbour said it sounded better then the cobra exhaust i had on the blobeye,i goin to see if they do 1 for the hatchback i have now.price wise from what i have seen on ebay i think their good. Hi coll welcome to the club.I have a 2007 wrx hatch, my personal opinion is if you dont drive hard then you made the right choice goin for a wrx rather then a sti, yeah you get a couple more toys and leather n alcatara seats in sti but basicly their same seats as in wrx, more bhp in sti but you dont drive fast so dont need that.you get 36mpg am jelouse mine stops at about 25.5, had it down at 18 yesterday.petrol I allways use shell v power rather pay bit more then damage car with cheap crap.I wouldnt worry 2 much about head gasket going if you dont drive hard, has car got good service history, carnt really help on the exhaust as am looking for a nice not 2 loud 1 myself, so if you get 1 then let me no and vidio for sound, if you see me give me a wave am usually round cortonwood, mexbrough way.
