  1. Anyone had this happen. I opened the boot this morning, key was in my pocket, and the alarm went off. Pushing buttons on the key fob wouldn't do anything. Alarm stopped after about 20 seconds, but then sounded again a few seconds later. I could also open the drivers door, again using the keyless method and not pressing any buttons. Tried to start the car but got the "key not detected" message. So the door locks were obviously seeing the key, but the alarm and engine start were not. Got the spare key from the house and all worked normally. Could lock the car and unlock (again keyless method with key in pocket). Dealer suggests it may be the battery in the key fob, but I'm not convinced as the doors were working fine, surely with low battery they wouldn't work. Anyone got any ideas?
  2. they make another colour apart from the compulsory WR Blue... how bizarre :-)
  3. You just see me, very briefly if you know what you're looking for, on the second video, the 2014 run, I'm on the marshalling point at the 27th Milestone, at 4:18 on the video.
  4. Cheers guys, looking forward to taking it over to the Isle of Man for the TT (I'm a marshal up on the mountain) and see how it handles the mountain course. I'm sure there'll be plenty of photos to come.
  5. Cheers, I first saw the BRZ when Mark Higgins took it around the TT course, loved it then and luckily able to get one now. Very happy :-)
  6. Evening all. Picked up my first Subaru yesterday, a new BRZ. A bit of a difference to my last car a Skoda Octavia vRS. The BRZ is just beautiful, certainly turning heads too :-)
