Had a e mail today off demon tweeks who already do a uk cobb accessport for a few fords and porsche which said coming to subaru soon,always fancied one of those going to change up pipe and downpipe soon so might enquire how long it will be..i no its a flash of a map cobb have already done but from watching youtube you can do a lot of tweaks and they are constantly updating maps what do you guys think..😎

Whats everyones opinion on this i saw on eBay and does anyone now the car?I no its had a lot spent but seems expensive ..I love the colour and 2 door conversion tempted to have a look but wanted eveyones views first..😀

It will sound better when its carboned up a bit when new i didnt like mine non resonated now well pleased 😆

Bought a afterburner sports cat downpipe from scoobyworld and a genuine sti uppipe,i,ve removed old heatshield off uppipe and heat wrapped it looks better and thought it may be easier to fit without old heatshield..now i believe original turbo heatshield wont fit over new downpipe so i,ve ordered a perrin one,i was going to heat wrap downpipe but not sure whether to do just top bit under turbo to cat or the full length cat inc?i was going to do full length but my friend said cat has to be visible for mot but surely its obvious what the big bulge is in downpipe iff i wrap over it.😂

Thanks for all the input guys,must be honest advert puts me off and especially that he had bodywork done in nov 16 and is now selling it...probably like others have said a standard classic is a better buy and will only go up in value i love the look of what he has done and the colour but other half hates it and said its chavvy so that hasnt started well 🤔

I live in stockport and use autotecnica buxton evan though its a bit of a trek first class work and good prices.😂

Mine went i bit quieter as carbon built up was quite ear piecing at first but i got non resonated centre section as well dead happy with it now and quality is first class😎

The subaru specialist i use warned me the 2.5s are not as reliable as the 2 litres evan the newer warns,when i was looking for a subaru the amount of adverts for 2.5 cars that said new engine fitted or rebuilt headgasket recently done was incredible hardly ever saw one for the 2 litre,the new model impreza wrx which is out in 2018 is going back to 2 litres ?as Aucky said they are a performance car and how they have been serviced and looked after counts for reliability down the line😀

I fitted mine as jamina said 2 on one side problem was the power steering pipe then if i avoided that i couldnt get the grill on..

In my opinion stick to the 2 litre for reliability and car tax premiums and as mentioned a good service history makes all the difference on a performance car 😎

went to the nec performance car show on sat took a few pics of any scoobies that were there inc the btcc levorg which looked nice and a 22b Colin Mcrae drove also James Hunts f1 car and a lovely Audi Quattro, hope you enjoy...

Dont buy cheap eBay parts i had two sets fail on my 206 gti in a matter of weeks now fitted cdf great quality..

Have the wheels balanced again and explain the problem to many times i,ve had to have mine redone,try and go to somewhere that knows there stuff and not local kwik fit😎

My bug eye does it its the brake pads on mine moving only does it as i reverse off drive i regularly strip front brakes down clean and lube back of pads and carrier stops it for a few months heard others do it also,but like others have said check for suspension problems first or cv joints as these can do a similar noise 😎

Cobra exhausts are good well made and good price ..regarding size check on google difference between 2.5 inch system and 3,had a discussion on this on here the other week so dont want to open any old wounds😂😂but have a read yourself and decide which suits you better😀

Iff you do have any issue get trading standards involved they can be really good hopefully wont come to that as others have said😀
