If it was rebuilt you shouldn't need to do all the gaskets as it would have been measured to tolerance no need to waste good workmanship. It's common to get a poor seal now and then

As long as you have a hybrid material on the friction plate you shouldn't have a problem.

We do the jet wash thing at work if it's to block to regen to see cures mercedes ones are always blocking.

If it's been rebuilt may have a leaking rear crankshaft seal or could be the block joint leaking

Remove dpf filter from exhaust and use jet wash to clean it out works most of the time
