  1. Hey I was just thinking about this the other day not particularly for the failing cat but for a small increase in bhp did a bit of looking around. Yes basically, u will have to remap again after installation. If you alter/ change any flows of any substance to the engine a remap is required to maximise efficiency and engine longevity. Do you know the inside diameter of the sti pipe? As I'm mindful that you have to get right the kind of flow. Other forums have suggested the 3'' pipe would make turbo sluggish from less pressure against a smaller diameter pipe. Where would you get a sti pipe? I've seen a japspeed pipe 75 pound ish I'm thinking flexing pipe in the middle would be less stressful on engine as it jumps around under the bonet. Standard, I think its a solid one.
  2. Just a quick update with some pics. Bolts arrived, looked strong and upto the job! Had a job cracking the top bolts but managed in the end. Bushes have perished and bottom control arms aren't fantastic and the caliper is still seized but that's another story! Just noticed picture 2. The lower bolt looks like it has a marker on it exposed by brushing dirt! Looks strange! :| Will investigate further. An Easy job to fit camber bolts and not expensive. Cheers guys
  3. 40mm lowering kit installed! I think I will have to take wheel off to see if the bolts are there? Can not see any bolts underneath with those tags on! I take it they are easy to install? Bolt for a bolt??
  4. Yeh no bolts.on the 2001. Going to check the bushes and if there ok. Then will think about installing these bolts! Cheers guys

  6. Yeh getting there! Had a look in the different parts of forum, spent a long time looking at the non silica non amines non phosphate coolant page after thinking about doing coolant swap. Found out its a red liquid I need and to use water wetter with it! 1000 miles till oil, coolant change ( service) sparkplugs would not come.out last time so fingers crossed for this time round.
  7. Not as bad as this guy lol
  8. I'll go back and show them the bolt on the Internet and get an answer. They mentioned bushes may have to be changed :-/ I hope they have already been installed and he just didn't know, otherwise they are not so expensive! Will post out come!! Nice one! Feel a bit better now. Next just got to change my rear calipers one day as off side rear has seized.... Oh the fun haha
  9. http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=2058 1.75 degree of movement! Going to look for bigger movements
  10. He Didn't mention anything about camber bolts to me! Don't think they checked or could even measure it. Might.go back and ask.them tomorrow. The upgraded camber bolts may help, just iv heard they can put strain on drive shafts? I would like a stock fix really!? They must have been right when it left the factory! Or should I forget about it? I don't use it for sport, would just be nice to have it right!!

Everything is out, rear is the worst 2degrees 44! they say that I might be better fitting new rear bushes and coming back to see if they have improved! Has anyone had to deal with this and what would the best thing to do. Any ideas would be great Cheers
