  1. I cant find the green plugs. I can find the black ones. Plug them in and the anti lock brakes comes on but cant find the green ones yet. Can i ecu reset by disconnecting battery? And i know how to change the o2 sensor but the bugger is proper seized! Lol
  2. Could it be the change in fuel? Tried resetting ecu by disconnecting battery for an hour but did the same when started
  3. Ok so recently done a lot of suspension work. Had full coolant flush and new radiator. Had new oil 10w40 millers cfs. New platinum plugs. New crank seal, oil separator plate, rocker gaskets. Oil filter. Fuel filter. Recently swapped to v power fuel instead of 97 supreme. Previous oil was 5w30. Had the car for 4 weeks and was super. Since it had new seals, gaskets, plugs, oil change and swap to v power, the engine runs stupidly rough when started cold. Slight throttle makes revs go down, hesitates and then goes up. Backfires on more throttle. Idles lumpy and almost stalls. Searches for idle. When warmed up, runs absolutely fine with no troubles and idles fine. Car is 95 import wrx. Was fine up until service. Ive tried cleaning maf. I know the o2 sensor is faulty but been faulty since i had it. Got a new one to go in but struggling getting old one out at the mo. Its been fine until it was serviced and changed fuel. Could the oil make a difference? Also was fine for a couple days after it was serviced and swapped fuel.
  4. Can you post a pic of the plug layout so i can check fitment?
  5. By set you mean all four? All in good nic?
  6. V2 1995 impreza wrx (jdm) Bought car about one month ago Has td05. Massive stainless decat exhaust. Baileys dv. Induction filter. May have uprated fuel pump and injectors (not checked yet) but running really rich. Has apexi avcr. Whats the most cost effective way to get it running right? Not sure if its been mapped - has the standard ecu box (z4 i think) but not opened her up to look inside. Is there a oem subaru ecu i can swap in to get mapped? Or is there a cost effective ecu i can swap in to get mapped. Just spent about £1500 on new parts and getting all the wear and tear items replaced so not much left in the budget (as girlfriend would kill me if i spend much more)
  7. Will that fit a classic easy enough?
  8. Non leaking, fully working power steering pump required. Facelift model preferred or pre facelift will do. Cash waiting
  9. Still require a classic wing mount aerial in working condition. Cash waiting. Someone must have one on the shelf?
  10. Yes thats where i took it to get all checked over. They are really good and really thorough! And it gave me a starting point. But i just couldnt justify paying them £2500 to do everything. Ill do everything myself, except the rockers and crank seal and then get them to rolling road and map it. They were very helpful though!
  11. 1995 Impreza WRX (JDM) Saloon New car so just going through and sorting the little niggly bits. After going round and checking all the lights, have noticed that the rear fog was not working (even though the light on the switch lit up). On closer inspection I have one wire from the switch going to the boot but not connected to anything. Ok, I thought. Simply re connect. But then I realised nothing is ever simple!! It has had after market lights put in and the wiring has been chopped up all over the place (although the standard wiring and harnesses are untouched - the snipping ocurred after the standard plugs). All I need to aid me is a diagram/photo or list showing me which wires from the standard harness plug should be connected to which bulb. I have tried reading a subaru wiring diagram and they are too complicated!! i.e. Pass side: green/blue - Indicator black/white - brake light P.S. the after market lights are led/standard bulb type. LED ring with indicator centre, Small round Red light and reflector, LED ring with reverse light centre like this: http://www.nicedeals.co.uk/images/impreza-rear-lights-led-93-.gif
  12. i wonder if mine is only leaking from the cap? I havent rele investigated. Just saw it was a bit wet behind the pump so just jumped to looking at a replacement. I will have to go have a look now! Lol
  13. I was told that v3 and v4 pumps are a direct swap for the v1/v2. I was told that v1/v2 are prone to leaking. Is this correct? Assume all in good working order? would you send for £30 total?
  14. Could this replace a z4 (jdm) ecu?
  15. Any style considered, colour not important. Good condition please. Cash waiting :)
