It's an 4wd so would it not need to match the front?

Hi all, been given an impreza (you think this would be a good thing, it is but she needs alot of work) I need a new rear differential and was wondering about the ratios. Does it really matter that much? Can i do a conversion and would I have to change the front? If anyone knows the ratio on my model that would a great help! It's a 98 impreza r sport 2.0l (non turbo) Any help would be appreciated. Cheers guys

Hi guys I am new to owning an impreza and the clutch has all but gone (seizing bearing). I was wondering what would be the best clutch to replace it with. My impreza is a 1998 2.0l r sport (non turbo). Advice very much needed. Cheers
