This car was an ex Police car back many moons ago and I am trying to track it down and possibly put it back to its spec at that time. It is shown as taxed on dvla web site but you cannot get reg keeper details unless its been in an accident or parking fines etc. If anyone knows the owner, get them to email me [email protected] thanks
