  1. CV joint?
  2. I have the same problem - does anyone know the answer? Can a generic sensor be used?
  3. Hello, my front sunroof won't open, I'm guessing that there's a manual opening procedure, can anyone help? And, I can find neither fuse nor relay for the sunroofs, do they have them? thanks

  5. Ah, simples. thanks
  6. Hello, as a new (and very happy) owner of an 04 H6 I'm trying to work out the spec letters which appear post model! I don't see any reference in any of the docs which I have; how can I know what I've got? ;-)
  7. So I checked the relay and it's missing! That's not going to help is it! Just need to find one now...
  8. I actually had it regassed but the level was fine. The mechanic separated an electrical plug and bipassed it, it didn't work. There is no click or sign that the a/c clutch engages. I think, though I now wish I'd watched more closely, the centre hub wasn't turning. I can recheck tomorrow. I can also change the relay...
  9. I hoped it just needed a gas recharge but the mechanic who checked it noticed that the belt was not turning the pulley on the compressor, it's kind of seized though can be pushed round by hand. Does that make sense?!
  10. thanks for the welcome. yes, I love it. The H6 seems to be a fabulous engine. Are there people here who sell spares? I need an a/c pump or is ebay still the best bet? best wishes steve h
  11. Thanks, yes, I'll check ebay for sure.
  12. Hello just popped in to say 'h'!. Living both in Hungary and the UK, needed something for the harsh winters and the steep hill we live on i Northern Hungary so just bought an 04 Outback Legacy H6. I have no info on this model so am learning as I go but it seems to be a very smooth and torquey engine. Is there a Haynes or equivalent workshop manual? I have the handbook...
