  1. Front are 26 and 18 inch, 19mm top lock connector (TLC), also known as push button.
    Heyner blades 028009 and 036000 with B1 connector £29.84 inc p&p.
Bosch Icon 18OE and 26OE from Amazon at £60 the pair, delivered from USA are original equipment , come with correct connector fitted.
Halfords don’t sell any that will fit according to their website. Other sites reckon my car is a 2021 model based on inputting reg number, but Subaru changed the connector for 2022 model from hook to TLC.
Vipa website lists the wrong blades.
Try searching for push button Wiper Blades, you will get a good selection of makes for £3o a pair.

I have a 2022 OB Touring and wonder what are the latest software versions, mine is showing FC7BHM101-080 and Map 40849, are these latest?

Just updated software from fc7bhm101-080 to fc7bhm121-070, using my iphone as a mobile hotspot, took 16 minutes to download at a 4mb Download speed.

The Home Screen has not changed, no AVH on Home Screen.

UK Model 2021 build, 2022 registered

  3. During the storm Monday night slates came off the roof and smashed the windscreen, Insurer uses AA AAuto Windshields and they have had trouble sourcing a new screen, evnually got oone for fitting in a few days time. As this windscreen as the moisture sensor and is heated should I be aware of anything else to watch out for when the engineer fits it?

  4. I have a 2013 New Forester 2.0 XT Petrol CVT and it is a pleasure to drive, very quiet, can be very fast if needed and currently is doing 32.7 to the gallon.

My only problems come with the ICE/GPS unit, salesman tells me it is a Pioneer unit and has a model number on front of unit FF405LS. I cannot find such a model on Pioneer's websites, anybody got any ideas.

Problems are with playing music from SD card, no safety camera warnings and navigation directions and searches.

For example, the unit loses connection to SD card.

In Navigation not full post code, also need to update points of interest.

Also in navigation, the unit says you will reach destination in 100 yards, when you drive past the destination the unit recalculates the route to get you to turn round to the destination. I would have thought that when you reached a destination the unit would stop navigating, both my TomTom and old Audi systems do this.

SAles man tells me that for camera locations I need to buy a TMC unit at about £500.
