My 98 Classic has developed a misfire/hesitation @ around 5000rpm...

The engine is standard accept for a 3" decat

No Trouble Codes

Any Ideas

Does it only do it when driving?

tough one with no codes :( Maybe Plugs, Coilpacks, Fuel filter but would think you would have that in low revs also. Have you have the ECU remapped since have the decat put on I would maybe swing with that being the problem :)

with no codes then i would say coil packs. but firstly i would change the plugs. cant go wrong with iiridium ones. could be fuel starve higher up also. what pump are you running and when was the filter changed?

Problem solved.... I changed the plugs to RB7S and the misfire has gone...
