So, when i had my spoiler put on, the guy (who did it for free) didn't fit the stronger boot springs that came with it. Ever since I've been having intermitant problems opening the boot. I have to lift this annoying little lever in the front of the cabin to open the boot, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

 

So, the time as has eventually come to install the stronger boot springs. But, I don't have the instructions anymore... lol so does anyone have any idea how to do it? or know of a guide somewhere?

 

edit, a google suggests they are called torsion bars, not boot springs.

I've not done it mate sorry I know with the STI spoilers if bought second hand they change the full boot lid over for the same reason.
