briangibbard Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 I have lost the illumination behind the dash clock on my Forester (2003). Anyone know if there is a Halfords equivalent bulb? My local dealer has so far been unable to OEM bulb (after 3 weeks)
stants Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 Do you have a part number, I have a spare bulb for the key ring illumination so if it's the same I'll pop it in the post
Steveuk260.Esq Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 Usually they have those tiny wedge type bulbs. At least on hondas it is. Havent looked on subarus yet.
Mystery_Machine Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Not sure if the Forester is the same as a WRX but I have changed my cluster bulbs using T5 3020 LED bulbs (Blue)....
JusNoGood Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Not sure if the Forester is the same as a WRX but I have changed my cluster bulbs using T5 3020 LED Bulbs (Blue).... This might be a really daft question...did you change the colour from green to blue?

Mystery_Machine Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Not too bad to be honest.. There is a green screen on the back of the dials which is a pita to get off, I used nail varnish remover and cotton buds, just be careful of the needles.. Sent from my iphone using space age technology... 1
