As Savage said 7 should be fine. wouldn't bother with Platinum I'd go iridium. Platinum from research doesn't conduct that much better than copper and doesn't last as long it's just a more expensive metal than copper, thats all and increases the price. iridium does it all a bit better longer life and better spark. :)

No it will be fine mate As steve said if you was carrying 400bhp I'd say be worth upgrading the plugs but I was running 350 and still used 7's :)

 

And good luck with the change over. Make sure you have someone to make cups of tea or coffee you will need it :D

I've actually paid my mate once to do them just because I really couldn't be bothered with the stress but if it's a nice day and no rush to do them its not all bad. No I'll take that back it is still bad but you have longer time to take deeper breaths [emoji1]
