boost problem

Can anyone help me my 1994 impress wrx wagon import model losses about a third of its boost then next time I drive it its back to normal any ideas to what the problem could be

It had a new turbo last year its only started doing this last week please help

I'd have a check for split hoses or any lose clips to start with
