aucky Posted April 10, 2015 Posted April 10, 2015 Can anyone tell me, are the impreza saloon n wagon rear lights diffrent or will a saloon ligh fit a wagon n vise versa and say will a blobeye saloon light fit a hawkeye wagon, will a hawkeye fit a bugeye.i no the blob n hawk have a round bit on lower edge but are they same on side car and round boot door.
Ladybug Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 And hawk lights at rear will fit a blob but you need bumper too as has the little half moons cutout on them for the lights

Ladybug Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 Yes you can modify your old bumper to suit carefully or just buy a blob rear bumper but the wagon bumpers are different to hatch too just to make it more complicated doh !!
BoofleGem Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 Problem with my wagon is the colour of it finding parts in it is ridiculous and they only made mica red cars on late classics and the bugeye [emoji20] Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
Ladybug Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 Yeah was going to buy a mica red one before my current one but ended up falling through but it's a nice colour :) So take it your after panels ??

aucky Posted April 20, 2015 Author Posted April 20, 2015 I wanted a red 1, think they look real nice but couldnt find any.
BoofleGem Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 Yeah they are nice and rare in the wagons. When I got mine I didn't like the colour buts it's definitely grown on me. It changes that many colours in the light it's cool. Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
aucky Posted April 25, 2015 Author Posted April 25, 2015 Here' some pictures off my blobeye rear light with bugeye rear bumper, saved a few quid not buying a bumper .
BoofleGem Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 Oh wow think I will do the same, where you have cut it out is it a water tight fit? Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
aucky Posted April 25, 2015 Author Posted April 25, 2015 Oh wow think I will do the same, where you have cut it out is it a water tight fit? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Not sure how you mean water tight. It makes a hole in your bumper but no water can get in the car, any water goin through will run down inside off bumper were spray of your wheel goes, but if you wanted you could seal the hole with some thin plastic from hobby craft n a tube off tiger adhesive stick it on inside of bumper and that would seal the hole and not be seen [emoji2]
BoofleGem Posted April 25, 2015 Posted April 25, 2015 After I had replied I realised that it didn't matter as water would run away lol. Where in South Yorkshire are you? Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
