How many and what type is best - spark plugs.

I am going to replace the spark plugs on my 2001 WRX as I am doing the rocker gaskets anyway. So my question is how many spark plugs do they have (is it the standard 4) and what type is best or will standard Halfords ones do?

NGK but which one will depend on spec

Hi, I used NGK BKR6EIX iridium plugs on my WRX. Or you can use standard NGK BKR6E.

Oh, there are definitely 4 plugs.
