jonnyboy82
Is there a guide to fitting a single din to my blob anywhere? I heard it can be a bit tricky trying to get it all lines up and may need to re drill some holes to fit correct? I have both the blank, and the pocker that flips up. So which ever is easier to fit? stants
There is somewhere I'll have a dig around, if you've got the pocket and the single din should be easy enough, have you got the single din cage ? I'd fit the pocket at the bottom 1st then Stereo on top
jonnyboy82
No I don't have a single din cage tbh I wasn't aware I needed one! I did try last night but I couldn't quite get my head round why it wouldn't go? I assumed the double din cage would hold both the Stereo and pocket but even then I couldn't figure out which holes to use and how to line it up?? stants
Not sure mate, I know mine has a double cage but newage may be different, Here's a bad pic of mine (sorry) the Stereo is upside down so pocket at bottom when in the car
jonnyboy82
Thanks. That cage looks different to mine though. Maybe it's just a case of trial and error until I get it right?
BoozyDave
I fitted the pocket in the top of mine, just remove the side brackets from the original Stereo and then trial and error with getting them to line up flush
