Had my Scooby about 2 months now, It came with a dumpvalve with no make, after reading all the stories good and bad about dump valved I recently bought a standard one of ebay to see the difference.

Just fitted it today and hate it, no difference in power, maybe worse, and I miss my whoosh!!! Will be fitting my dump valve (whatever make it is lol) back on tomorrow

I refitted the recirc on mine for a week. Maybe felt a bit smoother on gear changes but wasn't the same without the woosh as you say- so back on it went :-)
