Beags Posted July 25, 2015 Share Posted July 25, 2015 Bought car end of may and only done about 400 miles and lot are short journeys and this morning not enough juice to start up. stants Posted July 25, 2015 Share Posted July 25, 2015 If doing loads of short trips best to run the car with the sidelights on as they use a smart alternator so it won't be kicking in to recharge the Battery on short trips, With the lights & Stereo on it will draw current and the car will 'see ' it needs to switch the alternator on 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
