hello I have an x reg turbo 2000 with a vent to air double trumpeted dump valve fitted. came with the car and although is adjustable - is LOUD. i don't want it anymore and i have a sneaky suspicion that my friend want's it for his forester. Anyway - any step-by-step, idiot's proof guide to removing the dump valve and blanking off old pipes/getting back to standard would be welcome.

Do you have any pictures of the intercooler? Only reason I ask is for you to fit the standard recirc back on you need a pipe that runs under the intercooler back to the air intake pipe just before it enters the turbo.
