I wouldn't say take off but as long as it's not above 20 you should be fine, tbh there's more risk of banging your head on the roof, if you go on too hard then you will likely hit the sump before the suspension has time to lift the car out of danger, it's all physics or some **** lol

the suspension is that hard with the struts on I wouldn't want to know what it feels like at speed. Spine shattering I would say to do more then 15mph :)

I'vehad ccoil overs an a fair few cars now and as you have seen by some of the pics of my cars 3mph over a 5p piece is too fast lol

yeah I've never gone as low as your golf ever :) 

I wouldn't do it with a fast car, just slow and low

well the mess the roads are in near where I live just having a low body kit was bad enough :)

Iv got this system on my 04 blob, I paid £190 new and for the money it's an excellent system but still abit quite for my liking so I'm putting stainless headers on too, I will try post a video of mine

Good that's made my mind up, I have seen these on eBay for under 200 delivered ,with decat up pipe as well ,as I want that angle of the back box to, and to be fair I have mostly only heard good things about these ,
