Have a look on Opieoils.co.UK they often have sales and discount codes. Importcarparts.co.uk are also top of my list for Subaru service parts and certain types of oil. All genuine parts at really good prices.

A filters a filter. If you're just using standard oil and it's a basic engine or slightly modified there's no need for a flashy filter. I bought my air filter, oil filter and fuel filter from icp and it cost £12.50. Can't argue with that value.
