Hi, having owned my first Subaru Forester (63 plate) now for only a week, am finding the steering wheel lock odd that it has to do a full half rotation before it engages once the keys are out... is that normal?? most other cars steering wheels I have owned lock with the wheel in the normal straight position or close to that...

I have absolutely no idea but like you say does sound a bit odd, maybe contact your local dealer, may be a fault

I bought it from a dealership and they said that was the way it worked.... just called a different dealership and they confirmed that was the way it worked... odd!
