Forester SH Adjusting Headlamps for Europe

Hi,

Does anybody know if its an easy job to adjust the headlamps for European driving on the Forester SH?

There's no adjustment, just tape over part of the front of the lens. Easiest to buy a kit at under a tenner, includes  diagrams for every car.
