Glad to find this forum. Info on the XV seems rarer than a nun who loves D Trump. 

I take delivery on Friday of a 2013 XV (2 litre petrol CVT). I'm looking forward to it very much despite the poor reviews that the motoring press always damn Subaru with. It's like those art snobs who condemn paintings when they'd praise one created by a donkey with a brush tied to its tail. 

I'll miss my old Forester. I've bought two of those with over 100k on the clock and loved them both. Had a Legacy and an Outback which I enjoyed but didn't really click with in the same way. After test driving the XV I think this might prove my all time favourite.
