July 1, 20169 yr Well, I've finally got round to removing the intake resonator from the Gravel Express. I bought a delete pipe a while back, only to find they it was too short. Luckily I had some old hardpipe lying around, so it was bodging time! After I'd cut the pipe to length and had it plumbed in, I found that the line from the solenoid didn't reach! EBay rescued me with a meter of vac pipe for £1.50 and it was finally on. It's made precisely zero difference to the sound, power or anything else! It looks better I suppose, but that's about it. Anyway here are the pics.
