jschatt
Can anyone suggest a solution , went to our 55 plate Impreza wagon this morning, pressed button on fob, started car let it warm up, after switched off and lock it up, later when due to go out the key fob wouldn't work, it had a new Battery two weeks ago so I know that's okay any suggestion as I know I can use key pad inside to start car but need to solve why the fob suddenly doesn't work Cheers steve
Linx
Maybe the Battery isn't making good contact or is a dud. Sent from my HTC Desire 530 using Tapatalk

jschatt
How does the fob die? and if it is when do we get new ones? having to use key pad inside to use the car, isn't ideal plus can not set alarm when you get out

Mr B
Is it 1 button fob and is it separate or built into key head ? single button fobs separate to key can be had on eBay cheap and reprogrammed using info on this forum. fob boards fitted in the key head can be swapped so can buy used ones of those reprogram and swap, is also a company on eBay repair the boards at fixed pricing .What ever solution you use it worth also grabbing a spare fob and programming it also as handy have .
