just seen one headlight bulb is blown so need to replace it.  but which one do i need?

 

according to auto bulbs direct i need H1

Do you have dipped /high beam in one assembly ? If so h4 needed, if you have separate lamps for dipped/high then h1

On my 2001 legacy I have 2 bulbs, h1 is high beam and h7 is headlight.

On my friends 2000 Impreza classic shape she has 1 bulb for both like stants mentioned which is h4.
