DavidSamuel Posted October 21, 2017 Posted October 21, 2017 Recently I had not used my car all week, when I went to use it I realised my fob Battery was dead.On retrieving the spare it’s Battery was drained also.Replacing both batteries I was dumbfounded that neither of them worked at all.On contacting Subaru they said that shouldn’t be a problem.Do the fobs now need reprogrammed, without Subaru attempting to fleece me.Any advice would be well appreciated
larry Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Hi mate That happened to me once where by my fob batteries had died but upon replacing them it worked fine. Does your fob light up when you press the button to alarm and disarm? Does your scooby have a keypad to manually disarm the immobiliser?
