Piston slap

[Gc8 Classic]

Common I no can hear it first thing in the morning when cold especially these very cold mornings.The engine does go quiet when warm but if I blip it when warm can hear like a tappet sound but not under load when driving it.Can only hear it from inside the car any ideas.Does piston slap completely disappear when warm it’s been a few years since I’ve owned a scooby

Mines dead mate heads went in may, stripped it for parts then scrapped the rrst, had grey 380cc's in there though

!Removed! focus, the old man's lost use of his leg so needed an auto so bought is 09 plate manual of him for a bag of sand
Hopefully the misses will pull her finger out and pass her test now she can get insured on my car then I can look at getting something more fun
