I have my 2.0 Impreza 09, and it has a hotdog muffler, and cat has been removed, and I am tossing up between a 100 or 200 cell. What’s better considering fuel economy and sound?

In real world I can't see it will make much difference which one.  It will quieten it down a tad probably mainly on idle.  Will both see it through an mot?  My thinking would be the 100 if it will pass you, 200 won't make much difference though so...

200cel would give you a more realistic chance of passing an mot/emissions test (if applicable)
