Amirj Posted October 22, 2018 Posted October 22, 2018 Hello everyone, My 2006 Subaru Legacy has been showing an error that i can't find anywhere online (c014e). The esp indicator on the dashboard is on and it wouldn't turn off after an error delete on the Delphi OBD system. The esp indicator lights up only after you start driving the car. Has anyone here seen this problem before? if you have please tell me what it can be as i've shown it to multiple car services and no one seems to know what the actual error means.
Greenmamba Posted October 22, 2018 Posted October 22, 2018 ESP usually means electronic stability programme. Do you have a traction control switch (usually near the steering column and is it switched on? Otherwise, it may mean an issue with the ABS.
Amirj Posted October 23, 2018 Author Posted October 23, 2018 thanks for the answer. I do have a switch, but when i press it nothing happens.

Possibly faulty wheel speed sensor. Anything recent regarding wheel bearings? Has this condition always been there since you owned the car or did it develop recently, maybe after some work on the car?
