Hi help needed my subaru has today started shaking and i have loss of power. The shaking happens on start up and also at around 3000 rpm? Any ideas what this could be?

Is the shaking excessive? Could be misfiring or a timing issue possibly. My old bugeye was shaking after I had the timing belt done. Wasnt set up right.
