Gearbox swap advice needed on rear diff

Hi All

My ty752vb3aa has blown third gear

I've found a ty752vbaaa box with the same ratios, the question is about the rear diff

I currently have a screw refuse type LSD - 27011AA280 but the new box shows a match to a Sure track mounted LSD

 

As gear ratios and final drive are exactly the same, should I worry about changing the rear diff ?  What are the differences between the two types?
