Hi new guy here in need of some help

Just purchased a 2004 2.5 xt forester turbo manual issues are as follows

1. Rear diff oil temp light comes on when u press accelerator then off when released

2. Have a crunch into second gear but all other gears are ok

3. Was driving fine and now seams under power but engine management light not on
