Loki1815
Evening, on my third Scooby, other two were Foresters. Last Forester was written off by a little old lady on a rather large roundabout, 3 days after I had just spent £850 on discs, pads, alternator, Battery and god knows what! This was at the end of July 2019. At the beginning of August I bought an Outback, a bit of a knee jerk reaction really but low miles, looks good, so not really complaining (much). Drove it for 2 months and had to come to Spain in October, where my father-in-law had fell and broke his arm, 3 days later and my wife fell down the stairs and broke her ankle! Three months later and she can walk ok, this is early January 2020. Great, lets get on with life! Oh, no, lets not, I get airlifted to hospital with a heart attack! Stent in by that night, bit weird when my Spanish is "muy poco" and had no idea what was going on! The wife's Step Mum comes to Spain but by the middle of February my Father-In-Law died and the Step-mum-in-law went back to England by mid March. We stayed on to tidy up affairs and the idea was that we would fly home. Hold on, apply the brakes on that idea, they've just shut the airport! So we have been in lock down since, stuck here in borrowed, rented, loaned accommodation. So, I've had my Outback for close to ten months and probably only driven it 1000 miles! I think that we have been introduce properly now and hope that you don't think that I rambled on too much? Loki. (Costa del Azaha)
