Spec B 3.0 callipers on a GT

Hi guys 

 

I’ve done my usual searches and I’m hitting a brick wall. I’ve a 2004 Legacy gt twin scroll which has 316mm discs with 2 pot callipers on the front.  I’ve found spec b 3.0 callipers online and I was wondering does anyone know if they are definitely compatible. The seller says they are the same and he seems like a really good guy but it’d be great if anyone could confirm.
