Subaru XT Turbo 4WD - How to get Dating Certificate

Hi Guys,

Just become an owner of Subaru XT turbo 4WD via inheratance. Unfortunatelly without any documents.

The car was imported by my cousin 22 years ago and he driven it in UK for a year.  Then parked it in my garage and left it for "dead".

Last time the car was used in 2001.

The car is on Export plates issued by UAE.

I desperately want to get Dating Certificate, which will hopefully enable me to get a log book.

Who do I contact for DC?

 

Any help will be much appriciated.
